Friendship Star

I call this quilt the friendship star. I made that up. I am sure it has some "official" quilting name. I don't know. I saw the pattern on pinterest and adapted it to my own size.
I went ahead and cut into my coveted Flea Market Fancy re-print fabrics.
I made this wall hanging for my very best friend. It was her birthday and I had been racking my brain trying to come up with something to get her. Something that I knew would make her smile.

It seems like this did the trick. She loved it. I love her and all is right in the world.

I forgot to get the final measurements. Eventually I will get around to it. The back was made from a turquoise fabric with a small log cabin block made from leftover FMF.

Yes, a BIG smile.

You forgot giggle and squeal like a little girl too.

I love it SO, SO much...almost as much as I love you...but a smidge less ; )

I actually hung it on the wall. That is big. Huge, really. You know this though.

It's perfect. Just like you. Love you.
